With the regular calibration of the machine tools sensors, the machine monitoring system can be checked and adjusted in order to maintain a constant data quality. The regular calibration process under real conditions is at the same time a meaningful documentation of the quality of the production towards notified bodies or government authorities. The torque calibration unit, copies the torque a rotating cutting tool meets, when machining a work piece, and applies it to the tool head drive, while rotating. The accurate and dynamically controlled torque can be applied to any spindle in motion, regardless of axis and position, including upside down. The calibration process is performed by an operator manually or auto controlled by the machine, same applies to the data exchange.

The feed force calibration tool can operate in any working position and on any travel axis inside the workspace of the machine. The pressure calibrators of the EPC Series offer a wide range of complete pressure calibration solution for sensors and switches.
The available range of pressure goes from 0,1 mbar (10 Pa) to 300 bar. Any combination of pressure ranges is possible in a multi channel unit.
The dynamic controller can precise map pressure gradients and curves up to 250 Hz. That makes the units suitable for applications such as simulation of blood circulation or marine propellers.
Our pressure calibrators meet the highest standards of accuracy requirements and are subject to the authorities as calibration and testing systems in nuclear power plants.

Our leakage test devices are designed for mobile use, with little effort to check HEPA filters, fire shutters and pipework.
The compact design with integrated power and pressure supply,allows operation without external connections.
To perform the test, the device is connected to the test port of the system.
The test is automated and the results are visualized on the screen, and stored in the internal memory, for later usage.
The autonomous period of use depends on the amount of leakage, but is at usual test conditions several hours.

The portable pressure scanner (DS-nCH) acquits simultaneous pressure signals (e.g. from flow probes). The pressure data is continuously recorded and on request the current values are transmitted.
Each pressure measuring channel can be equipped with any pressure measuring cell inside the available range.
If required, the pressure sensors can be adjusted by the user via the digital interface using a 2-point calibration (tara, full scale) be readjusted.
